Charming Steampunk Collectable O*O*A*K SOLD

 

This is The Owl' John Crombie as engraved in artistic script on the old brass watch plate hanging from his lacey cap! He is a weird but charming little chap that looks quirky with his cash register key and other inners of an antique pocket watches shaping his features, his body is of carved chunk of wood and is covered in an old distressed lace and 1917 music manuscript..'Bird of The Wilderness'. There are such interesting engravings on these perfectly formed old pocket watch parts that lends such whimsy & interest to this assemblage. 6.5'' height  x 3.5 width' x3.5'' depth approx

This  unique sculpture has been signed & dated and is one of a range of Steampunk Whimsys more of which I'll be listing in the near future.
