I've used two old pocketwatches for this piece. The front part is older probably eighty years old and has gorgeously aged &still has its original glass crystal which doesn't seem to have any scratches at all. The reverse is about sixty years old and is a smooth silver pocketwatch back. Inside we have a handfinished image of the White Rabbit , an old clock hand, cogs ,lace ,chain piece and a lovely vintage faded brass dial.
